Currently, Kuchipudi holds a position as a professor and Department Chair of Infectious Diseases and Microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, where he advocates and embraces “One Health,” a collaborative research approach that recognizes the connection between the health of people, animals, and the environment.
